Seafolk

Seafolk is a collection of sculptural jewellery inspired by the wild edges of the Cornish coast.

Fish, sea anemones, lunar tides and the traditional Cornish heart are explored through layered copper, brass and nickel silver. Each piece begins as sheet metal and is cut, pierced, hammered and patinated by hand in my Cornwall studio.

The forms echo the movement of water, the textures of rock pools and the quiet symbolism carried by objects found by the sea. Some pieces feel bold and talismanic, others more delicate and reflective — all intended to be worn as small works of art.

Seafolk brings together four evolving strands of work: Fish, Cornish Hearts, Lunar, and Sea Anemones, each exploring a different story of life by the sea.
